Meet The Gallagher Team:
Since 1982 we have been helping people buy and sell the finest Lake Country
homes. As lifetime residents, growing up and raising our families on area
lakes, nobody knows the market better.
We love the area and take pride in helping other families enjoy all that this wonderful community has to
Selling or buying a home is serious
business and we don't take our responsibility lightly. However, we do try
to have fun, make the process enjoyable, and have good relationships with our
clients. We are very straightforward in our approach to our work, are honest
(to the point of being blunt), hardworking and take great care to communicate
regularly with our clients. One of us is always available to discuss any
concerns, ideas or questions...at any stage of the process.
Managing partner of the team, Bruce brought
a diverse yet related background to the Real Estate business, as a former partner and
president of a mortgage banking company, and still currently owning and
managing investment properties.
After a 12 year stint in the
corporate world living in Boston, New York and Chicago, in the late 80’s and
90’s, Bruce moved back to Milwaukee and started his own businesses. Then splitting time between Milwaukee and
the Lake Country for many years, he was thrilled to have moved here full-time
in 2010 - thus laying the groundwork for his joining the family business!
His outside interests include racing
his MC scow sailboat in local and national regattas, golf (when not sailing),
yoga, biking, traveling and watching Rebecca at equestrian show jumping events.
Daughter Beatrice, now 5 years old, keeps him busy having fun teaching her all
of the fun of Lake Country living. His even-keeled and unflappable
demeanor, combined with a dry sense of humor suit him well for the fast-paced world of high-end residential Real Estate transactions (as well as mid-life
He and his wife Rebecca live in
Nashotah with plenty of land and open spaces - much to the delight of Beatrice
and their 3 dogs - Link, the Yellow Lab; Ziggy, a Terrier mix who gives everyone a run
for their money and Henry a very lucky poodle. Rebecca’s 2 show jumping horses, a Maine Coon cat named Wellington, a rescue kitten named Lucky, a tortoise named Bobby, 2 bunnies and 2 guinea pigs round out the crew.
Kathy Gallagher Rosenheimer
A life-long resident of Lake Country… Kathy left for a time to attend college
in New York and Oregon, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in English from the
University of Oregon. A variety of jobs followed, most centered around sales
She obtained her real estate license in 1991, in the midst of raising 4
children. In 2003, she joined her mother, Beachy Gallagher, in a
well-established and flourishing real estate business. Together they worked hard, built the foundation of the Gallagher eam, helped many families, and had fun in the process.
The things Kathy values most are
loyalty, honesty, family, friends and nature. She also enjoys being outside as
much as possible, and loves hiking, gardening, animals, winter sports, reading
and travel. Practicing gratitude, compassion and kindness are an ongoing
Her husband and she have raised 4
children in a Victorian home from the 1800’s on Okauchee Lake for the past 25
years, living through a couple of home improvement projects along the way. At
the moment the family also includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bird, 1 turtle and 1
horse, though that list is subject to change (hopefully only by addition) at
Client Care Manager.....Jennifer is the newest member of the team, having joined the team in February of 2015.
She obtained her real estate license in 2010, after 13 years in the corporate world, specializing in accounting and cash management. She spent 5 years gaining valuable experience as an independent agent for Shorewest, and developed a true love for real estate.
In her free time, Jennifer loves to spend time outdoors running, biking, hiking, boating, and spending time with family and friends. For the past 4 years, her husband and she have been coaching girls volleyball through the YMCA and their local community education program. She also volunteers her time working with the special needs community in the area.
Her husband and she along with their 2 children, Emily and Jack, moved to the Lake Country area in 2004 from Wauwatosa. In her opinion, it was the best move she could have made for her family. Having the best schools in the state, the Lake Country area is the ideal setting to raise a family. At the moment, her family also includes an energetic Golden named Murphy, a Yorkie called Louie, 2 guinea pigs (Lucy & Ruby) and a beta named Scarlet.
Sarah is our executive assistant. Although you might not see her out in front as often as you do the other three of us, rest assured that she is working hard behind the scenes to help us provide you the highest level of service. Having spent several years in the real estate industry before joining our team, Sarah is very familiar with the complexities of the market and transactions, she is passionate about customer service, and loves working in this fast-paced, ever changing industry. Born and raised in Lake Country, Sarah is passionate about the area and the communities surrounding it.
Why an Entire Team?
Working in real estate sales is an increasingly complex business; between
marketing, maintaining a strong internet presence, nurturing relationships with
clients, listing homes, working with buyers, communicating well and often with
sellers, representing listings in their best light, taking care of the
contractual side of things and providing support services for all parties
through closing, it can be all-consuming. The business has gotten to the
point that we feel it best serves our buyers, our sellers and ourselves for
there to be a team of us.
Fortunately for us, and our clients, our team is also our family.
We would be thrilled to explore whether our approach is the best for your Real
Estate needs and goals.
